cPanel DNS A Record:
* Login to your webhosting cpanel, use Zone Editor or DNS Edit link, click add record and choose A record. Simply create stream.yourdomain.com and enter your sonicpanel server IP in the value field. It may take 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on your webhosting server cpanel DNS configurations.
- Login to SonicPanel root >> click on SonicPanel Configurations link on the left menu and set your contact email.
- Click on 'Change Hostname' on the left menu >> enter stream.yourdomain.com only and save it.
- Click on Manage Free SSL Certificates or Domains/SSL Certificates link on the left menu and then click on generate/add free certificate button.

Domain Company DNS A Record:
* One of the easiest way to set domain/ssl is to buy a new domain or use existed domain from the company https://godaddy.com Click the 3 dot or the domain itself on your godaddy domain panel, click Edit DNS or Manage DNS, edit type A which is showing @ and enter your SonicPanel server IP as the value or redirected value. Save the settings. Wait 30 minutes and then complete the following steps.
- Login to SonicPanel root >> click on SonicPanel Configurations link on the left menu and set your contact email.
- Click on 'Change Hostname' on the left menu >> enter yourdomain.com only and save it.
- Click on Manage Free SSL Certificates or Domains/SSL Certificates link on the left menu and then click on generate/add free certificate button.
Advanced Configration:
Disable Cloudflare proxy mode if you are using cloudflare DNS. Cloudflare does not support radio ports, only few are open and the rest are blocked in proxy mode. Therefore you cannot use cloudflare proxy mode with radio ports.
You can use a single domain or subdomain as an hostname.
Single Domain: (https://yourdomain.com:radioport)
If you have a free domain or a new domain, set your domain DNS is managed by your domain company on the domain control panel and then add/edit A record for yourdomain.com >> Your SonicPanel ServerIP by using the DNS manager on the domain control panel. Also add/edit www A record point to your Your SonicPanel ServerIP.
DNS updates may take 24 hours and your SP server may not detect the domain before DNS updates are done worldwide. Usually updated within 45 minutes.
- Login to SonicPanel root >> click on SonicPanel Configurations link on the left menu and set your contact email.
- Click on 'Change Hostname' on the left menu >> enter yourdomain.com only and save it.
- Click on Manage Free SSL Certificates or Domains/SSL Certificates link on the left menu and then click on generate button.
